At Pizzamici, our story is about family, friendship, and a lifelong love of great food. We’re a close-knit group of brothers and best friends who’ve known each other for over 40 years. Born and raised in Nottingham, but proudly carrying our Italian heritage, we grew up in kitchens where food wasn’t just food, it was an act of love. In our culture, food = love, and every meal is about more than just eating. It’s about gathering together, sharing stories, and celebrating life with those who matter most. As passionate chefs, we’ve always had one thing in common: an obsession with authentic Italian food. For us, the heart of that passion has always been pizza. But not just any pizza – pizza that’s made the way we like it. Why We Started Pizzamici Nottingham is spoiled for choice when it comes to pizza. From restaurants to takeaways, there’s no shortage of options. Yet, despite all the variety, we couldn’t find anywhere that served pizza exactly how we believe it should be made. We wanted more than just a quick bite. We wanted pizza that was: - Neapolitan-inspired, but with a contemporary twist - Baked to perfection with a puffy crust and signature leopard spots - Balanced with a crisp, well-cooked base and a light, airy bite - Topped only with the best, premium ingredients - Affordable and accessible, made to be eaten with your hands anywhere – at festivals, weddings, parties, or simply with friends. So, three years ago, we came together and created Pizzamici – which means “pizza friends.” Our mission has always been simple: to serve exceptional, handmade Neapolitan-style pizza that brings people together, just like it has always done in our own family kitchens. Today, we’re proud to say that every pizza we make carries the same values we were raised on: family, quality, and passion. Whether we’re catering for a wedding, a street food event, or a private party, our goal is the same, to share our love of food with every slice. Because for us, it’s never just about pizza. It’s about people, memories, and the joy of eating good food together.
